Cali Poke had achieved strong success in the UAE, building a loyal following through delivery and casual dining. Expanding to the UK required adapting that model to new systems, supply chains and customer expectations — all without losing the freshness and visual appeal the brand was known for.
The challenge was operational: setting up a UK kitchen from scratch, finding suppliers to match global standards, and launching with a newly trained local team. The brand also needed to stand out in a market where poke was already popular, but often inconsistent in quality.
